Dick Maisenbacher: There are really no specific vitamins that will increase fat burning to a noticable point. That falls into the hands of supplements (diet pills), which in my opinion don't work to well themselves except for a small few.Diet is the key to bur! ning fat. Take in slightly less calories then what your body n! eeds to maintain weight, and make sure you get most of those calories from good foods. ex. Lean protein, Low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats. Another thing that you can do is to take your current daily diet, and spread it out over more meals. For example..if you are eating 3000 calories a day over 3 meals, that is 1000 Kcal per meal. Spread that out to 6 meals per day at 500 calories, and your body will be more likely to use most of those calories up without having to store such a huge surplus....Show more
Willa Holte: BCounting calories is the most effective because it ultimately incorporates all of the rest. Be careful with low carbs as too much protein can strain your liver and rot your kidneys. You don't want to restrict your calories too much since this will slow down your metabolism and you will balloon up when the diet is over.
Melina Minneweather: No to both of your questions. The only way to burn calories/fat is to exercise more to use more calories! than you take in. You can also reduce your calorie intake. The only way to build muscle is to exercise. There are no magic foods or supplements or vitamins that do this - you just have to put in the work yourself, moderate your eating and exercise more.
Miguel Densley: Yeah man, list what you are eating?? Are you eating clean or just one Biggie meal at 2000 calories a pop..lol list what you are eating to help you out

Hobert Dula: low fat with considering calories PLUS working out. It's important to keep a well balanced diet. Lots of fruits and vegetables, some whole wheat grains, dairy products, lean meats, and a small amount of fat (the good kind) and sugar (the natural kind). Good fats to consume would be unsaturated fats found in food! s like almonds, walnuts, olive oil, avacados. Natural sugars are the o! nes found in fruit.AVOID ANYTHING that says on the label transfat or hydrogenated fat/oil. These are extremely bad for you.Things you need to stop immediately would be fast food and sugary carbonated drinks like pop. Also, alcohol has a lot of calories (for if you're over 21). You want to ingest sparingly on special occasions. You want to have your body work with the food you are intaking. Do some cardio and muscle toning excercizes for a half an hour a few days a week. It doesn't have to be strenous for beginning. Even walking is a great start!I hope that this helps.*** ALSO, make it a lifestyle, not a diet. Whenever someone is using that mentality, as soon as they go off their diet and try to encorporate "normal food" they fail at it and gain the weight back. This is very dangerous for your body to constantly be going through change. Not only do you have to worry about the problems you see, but about the potential problems that you can't see inside of you***...Show more
