Clementina Collelo: Nope. There's beef and milk in it.Check their website, it lists the ingredients.Even if they didnt use beef/milk, there would still be an issue with shared oil. I don't know if you mind having fries cooked in the same oil as meat, but I sure do.
Raymundo Kyser: I do undergo in recommendations warm canines being bought at McDonald's contained in the early '60's. there replaced right into a McDonald's around the line the place I lived while i replaced into youthful and that that they had warm canines for a little while contained in the commencing up........yet another element I undergo in recommendations is the little lively neon hamburger head guy on the sign lights the area in crimson at night...
Isreal Kochheiser: Yes, much better. You will have more energy, clearer skin, better concentration... Rice milk is good for cereal. Fruits, vegs, rice, salads, potatoes, etc. Bisquick made with soy milk makes the best pancakes and you don't need e! ggs (even though the recipe calls for them). There are also soy based ice creams, "meat" products, etc in your grocers freezer.
Lindsey Zanardi: Peanut butter and preserves finger sandwhichesApples slices with carmel dipcucumber slices ( you can even make faces out of the cucumbers and apples.)fruit juice popcicles or italian ice
Jesusita Dykhoff: Did you even bother to check the website? The list of ingeredients clearly shows that the hash browns contain both milk and natural beef flavor.http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/full_menu/brea...
Julienne Poplawski: My daughter turned vegetarian when she was 14 for many of the same reasons. We supported her in her quest, but we gave her one stipulation. That was that she do the research and present to her mom and myself how she was going to achieve getting her proper nutrition including her sources of protein. We wanted to make sure that she was getting her proper nutrition and that she understood what she n! eeded to do to be a healthy vegetarian. She did her research ! and show us how she would accomplish her goal. She has now been a vegetarian for almost 6 years. Though her mom and I are not vegetarians, we have reduced our consumption of meat and are eating better because of our daughter's decision to become a vegetarian. I suggest you do the research and not just take anyone's suggestions of protein sources, check them out for yourself. There are many protein sources, but not all of them are complete proteins. Sometimes you have to eat a combination of things to get complete proteins. If you learn about being a vegetarian properly, you can be quite healthy and happy being one.I do make one recommendation though: Be a vegetarian first, do not try to be a vegan right off the bat. I saw too many friends try to be vegan in college that did not do it correctly to get the proper nutrition and ended up making themselves sick. Once you mastered the step of being a vegetarian, then you can look to see if you want to go the next step to! become a vegan....Show more
Peter Lapoint: Potatoes are plants,
Fred Caminita: self confidence wise yes, and if your losing weight. Also eating more fruit gives you more energy. The only advice I can give you is eat beans and nuts to give you protein, but make sure your getting complete proteins at every meal, exampleeating chickpeas for protein at a meal is not enough because veggie do not have complete proteins like animal does. You need to eat something else that has other proteins in it, I would suggest looking up what is good to eat....Show more
Luther Plagmann: Yea, I feel way better. Vegetables are more natural diet for us so they digest better, keep us fuller, and give us more nutrients.
Erica Bottaro: "None of our [McDonald's] products is certified as vegetarian."
Brittney Inabnit: I feel better in myself NOT being vegan!
Mitsuko Manne: Nope, it's Carbo, all potatoes. Sorry.
Abel Adger: Hello,So a friend of mine has been vega! n for a few years and she's always raving about how much better she's f! elt in the past few years than before. So she told me I should give it a shot and I'm going to!I'm giving it a few week trial to make my mind up, so if anyone's vegan I'd like some advice on what to eat instead of meat and dairy and eggs, and is she right, do you really feel better, and if so, how?...Show more
Ronnie Sardi: fruits grow on trees, shrubbery and mostly above floor and vegies grow in the earth (mostly) and are root plants ie celery, potatoes, raddishes etc are beginnings
Nadia Crauswell: Should I be a vegetarian? I'm a 13 year old girl and I know I'm supposed to eat right, but 1) I hate how the animals are treated and killed and 2) It's weird- it's like I have no desire anymore because I don't like the way they're killed and stuff......And can you give me a list of foods with a lot of protein to supplement me? Oh, my friends bet me that I couldn't be vegetarian for a week...It's been 4 days and I've done it. One of my friends is vegetarian and encou! raging me....What should I do? Help!...Show more

Dorinda Metzer: You know that when you eat meat an animal will die? Horribly I might add. 100,000 litres of water are used to make 1 kg of meat. You're doing the right thing. Go Girl..
Romeo Tinnea: I would do mac and cheese if you can do some dish and spoon stuff. You can also do some "not dogs" fake meat hot dogs, cut in chunks, dip in cornbread batter and deep fry them for a finger food veggie version of a corn dog. For to! ddlers, these need to be cut in tiny pieces before serving. You can als! o do french fries or chips with your corn dogs.Cake, ice cream, fruit, most candies and pastries are fine too. Check your labels for gelatin because most veggies don't eat gelatin as it is made of animal byproduct. Also note none of these items are vegan, so if they vegan you will probably just want to make a giant fruit salad, veggie tray, and find a recipe for a vegan cake, soy based ice cream and leave it at that. Also even vegan and veggie food can be really unhealthy. I'm thinking that for a party, the everyday eating standards can be relaxed a bit. But if the parents are really fastidious about healthy eating you may need more information.Sounds like a good resource might be the kids' mom. She will know what they like and what she approves, help with recipes....Show more

Lou Rought: no.it's inhumane ,brutal and cruel toward plants.it is no pleasure to be biased toward any living thing.it's all about being fair. consuming plants only or more is in no way beneficial to the environment. all it does is create an imbalance.it is selfish to choose a particular food source based on personal benefits.everything is to be done in moderation.we are to accommodate everything on earth to experience the best of it. we are not to judge the degree of importance but respect it...Show more
Rachal Osaki: Hi: When my son was that age, I would cut up a bunch of raw veggies like carrots, green peppers, cucumbers etc along with sliced hard boiled eggs and I would help him make a ''salad man'' like a face on his plate, and then he would eat it up as he dipped the pieces in dressing (ranch is nice and mild for kids). The kids can make veggie cars, houses whatever. Fruit smoothies woul! d be a fun drink for all. The vegetable lasagne suggestion by another a! nswerer would be a great hot dish....Show more
Pasty Cobbett: Omg, I just became vegetarian too! Your parents need to be aware of that aswell! Eat alot of mushrooms, nuts and other things like that to give you protein. Also, try to take a multi vitimen a day! :) Good luck!
Roni Kurz: There are a lot of things that you can do to supplement your protein.Firstly I recommend taking a B-12 supplement-- these can be found in your vitamin aisle at the local grocers, but you can also get it in its liquid form at specialty stores (absorbs faster into the bloodstream). Also, I recommend eating lots of nuts and beans to get your protein... And if your still eating them, eggs and cheese are a good source of protein.Ultimately, it's your choice if you think going veg is right for you or not... try it out and see if you like it....Show more
Bo Perham: They use some kind of beef fat, in which beef had to die to give the flavouring. So, McDonald hash browns aren't vegan o! r vegetarian.
Leann Villalta: Yes you should! You will feel a lot better with yourself and the planet! Good Luck
Soraya Coodey: yeah absolutely! not only physically.. my soul feels cleaner and happier. you're doing so much good for your body, animals and the environment.you'll feel good all over!

Mildred Pombo: I am not a vegan but I am a vegetarian and yes, I do feel a lot better than I did last year. I feel like, I am doing no harm to the environment and animals now. I feel so much more healthier and happier :)
Lawanna Livsey: yea! you'll be saving animals and have a healthy body...i recommend nuts for protein
Willie Tun: Yes most definitely. I have been one since my new years resolution this past January (so its been about 3 months). I've always been thin so i haven't lost much weight cause i make sure i eat a LOT, but i know a lot of women/men gain se! lf confidence when they become vegan because they lose weight. i always! feel better knowing i am making a difference just by choosing what i eat everyday.. and what i wear... because vegans also dont use any products that are not animal friendly. :) good luck...Show more
