Branden Round: I wasn't in special ed.
Pamela Meno: No i never hated the teachers but the other kids gave me a problem big time..
Len Dalba: I only hated the helmet they made me wear!
Sharee Doak: My son didn't hate his teachers. he hated one of the student's in the class that made life miserable for everyone!
Olen Penhallurick: lol, i can tell why you were in special ed.
Cassidy Pangrazio: no i didn't hate it.but it wasn't my fave subject. But i did learn if u try it is way more fun.
Avis Brantner: The word is not hated it is hate which is a very strong word. Why would you hate someone who is trying to make you a better person.
Piedad Bassiti: i didn't hate them . i did feel that they were really trying to help me but they were so far off in some other land of things told to them by anyone other then the students that they had no hope of being of help.
Otto Lingafelt: I was classified in first grade and since then I just HA! TED it. I think if I didn't take resource room, I would have at least had a better experience in special education. I HATED being in resource room. The teachers tend to be so PUSHY which I HATED. I got out finally in the 12th grade, which was because I was in self-contained classes. That's the only good thing about being in self-contained classes is that you don't have to take resource room. Instead of resource room, I took electives. It was great. I'd rather take electives than resource room. I personally think self-contained classes are better than resource room. Itâs more structured than resource room. How can kids stand resource room? I honestly can't stand people who had a good experience in special education. I had a terrible experience and someone else comes and starts bragging what a great experience they had. Well you know those people are full of lies...there is the inclusive education movement that supports people who had bad experiences in special education.! They know that special needs students are treated badly and ! that's why they are changing it! For all those people who said special education was a wonderful experience, you are wrong! You have no movement to support your claims! So THERE! IN YOUR FACE! **This is the only reason why I support inclusive schools. I suffered so much in resource room. The least I can do is to support inclusive schools. I hope we win against all those people who had good experiences in special education!Response to "bj": I know "hate" is a very strong word! Being a "pusher" to special needs students is not a great thing...special needs students are already having a difficult time dealing with things...why make it worse? You obviously have no feelings towards special needs students. You probably don't even support inclusive schools....Show more
