Eliseo Luma: Free education is only offered to all public school in the Philippines. Where poor and deserving kids can avail education without tuition fees. Books, school bldgs. , facilities, and salary of teachers is provided by the goverment through taxes. The aim of this is to make educ. accessible to all. It works, because it lessen the uneducated and illiterate individual here in the Phils., and lessen parents burden in providing their children a quality educ., but bcoz its free, rapid increase of enrollment in public school become! dominant, w/c cause lack of rooms, chairs, books and teacher etc to accomodate them. So goverment, non goverment org. NGO, local goverment units and parents find ways to solve this worsening problem of free education....Show more
