how can you use photoshop cs animation by scanning paper of each animation sequence on them?

Lillie Yarde: I'm not sure if the proportions are exactly correct, but the planets anyway look accurate to me. I know the moon is, it's about 1/4 the radius of the Earth, and Mars and Venus look about right too. So I'd say that for size they're about right, though as others have said most of the pictures are artist's conceptions. If you're still cynical or want to use something similar for a project, see if you can find an animation or illustration with the radii labeled.

Jeannetta Gaffigan: You cannot scan pictures and make them into an actual fluid animation.Also, Photoshop is not an animation software. It can implement animations, but it is not actually an animation software.Use Adobe Flash CS3 for animating. You should scan the pictures into consecutive frames of a Flash timeline in order to make the "animation" that you are looking for.
